FESTIVAL DECORATION MAKING WORKSHOPS for 16 to 25 year olds

  • Brighton Metropolitan College Brighton (map)

Want to come and learn about the events industry? Want to get creative making designs to decorate a festival site? GB MET and 1BTN are partnering to provide an insight into the festival & event

industry. Work alongside industry professionals (that’s us, Originary Arts!) and take part in creative festival design & decor workshops! From willow lantern making to illuminate the woods, to printmaking flags and bunting to be hung up on site, and using textiles to make colourful chandeliers. A really fun and accessible series of FREE workshops for anyone aged 16 to 25 years old.

The festival that the decor will be displayed is called WHERE LOVE LIVES and is run by 1BTN, a local radio station in Brighton and Hove. There’ll be the chance to help install the decorations on site too!
