Originary Arts invites you to pay tribute to the iconic circus artist Miss La La! Roll up, roll up and sketch contemporary aerialist and hula hooper Blaze Tarsha as she performs and poses for your drawing delight.
Part of National Gallery’s Friday Late, this event is free and materials are provided. All ages are welcome.
We will explore the legacy of Miss La La, as part of the Degas exhibition of sketches and paintings of her. Come conjure up the spirit of vintage French circus with us!
Blaze Tarsha is a talented and versatile performer that brings a special and unique presence to any performance. BSpecialising in rotating hoop, Hula Hoop and Physical theatre. After graduation at Circomedia Blaze then went on to Tour with Nofitstate Circus's show "Bianco". Bianco became NoFit State's longest-running and most successful large-scale production which toured internationally with premieres in Australia, China, and the US.
